In times of crisis, the fastest, most efficient way to help is with a financial donation. United Way of Delaware County believes in helping our community and manages the official community recovery fund for Delaware County. We are committed to ensuring that your gift is applied as intended-100% of funds collected will be dispersed for community recovery/family needs. United Way will not withhold any funds to cover our expense for credit card fees or for processing donations/receipts. When appropriate (for large scale events), we will activate a long-term recovery committee with representatives from local nonprofits, government and faith leaders to assist with identifying and prioritizing needs.
