Why I enjoy working for United Way of Delaware County

“I love working at UWDC because it brings together all the things I care about most - people, purpose, community, and possibility. We walk with families, we break down barriers, and we strengthen the threads holding this great community together. This team shows up with compassion and creativity, and that inspires me daily.  It’s an honor to help donors live out their values and see their generosity change the trajectory of a family for generations to come."
