Steering Committee

Provides leadership, vision and direction for the WLN. Currently, the committee meets every other month and as needed in between.

Room to Grow Committee

Plans the annual event for 400+ attendees to include keynote speaker and updates on WLN activities. Room to Grow planning is typically August-February.

Summer Fundraising Committee

Plans summer fundraising event targeted to fund specific WLN initiatives, Planning is typically February-August.

Scholarship Committee

Develops criteria for WLN educational scholarships and oversees the selection process. Meeting plan to be determined.

Outreach Committee

Aligns volunteer opportunities with our investment partners, seeks new ways to engage young people in philanthropy and coordinates activities that enrich our physical, emotional and mental well-being. Meetings to occur throughout the year.

Program Liaisons

Serve as a program liaison to Turning Point, Strengthening Families, or Supplies for Scholars by attending designated meetings, connecting WLN to volunteer opportunities and serving as an advocate for the initiatives. Meetings occur on an on-going basis.

Please follow us on Facebook. We also send a monthly eblast, usually sent the first week of the month, that includes updates and opportunities to engage.
